We support them by closing their education and experience gaps through the TGS Set-For-Success program. The program includes on-the-job training, professional mentorship, peer coaching, and certified education.

Certified education is provided in partnership with UBC and BC government. 

Our clients get to know them well through the assignment and have the option to convert to their organization's contractors or employees, should there be a mutual desire. 

We rejoice when the conversion happens as it is built into our model, so we make the transition easy for all. We also waive the placement fees, which further impacts your bottom line.
